What is GRATITUDE? Simply defined it means the state of being grateful or thankfulness.
Our mission is to remind people about the importance of having daily gratitude in your life and encouraging others to do the same. Because when you do something for someone else you are not just helping that person, but are creating goodwill and that energy will continue to spread far beyond that person potentially impacting thousands with a simple gesture.
Each day or week you can write a list of things you are grateful for, no matter how small it is. Every tiny thing and each person, action or gift is something to be grateful for. You can also carry something around with you to remind you to be grateful ? like the GRATITUDE BALL. Give thanks and gratitude for everything. This makes you feel better, gives our more positive energy to others and will start to attract opportunities to you.
We call ourselves the GRAT PACK and invite you to join us by doing things to change people's lives, yourself and the world. Here are some examples:
1. Donate blood, food, time, money, or whatever you can
2. Maintain a positive mental attitude regardless of circumstances
3. Listen to people, let them talk, and learn about their lives
4. Create art that inspires, movitivates, and changes lives
5. Do something you believe in that your passionate about
